Charity nominations due by or before October 9, 2026. Charities may re-apply if 24 months from receiving funds.
We will select 3 charities and announce before the meeting.
Each charity drawn will be given 5 minutes to present information and then 5 minutes for Q & A.
Members present at the meeting will vote for the charity of their choice after presentations. No absentee voting is allowed unless meeting is being held virtually.
Please note: All Charity Nomination Forms must be turned in prior to the events (to ensure criteria is met) and all charities must be nominated by a member. Each must include the latest 990 form.
