2025  July Quarterly Meeting

Location:

McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center – Three Star Mall Location

Time: 5:30 Registration – 6:00 p.m. meeting begins

Meeting Details:

1. Charity nominations due by or before July 4, 2025. Charities may re-apply if 24 months from receiving funds. 

2. We will select 3 charities and announce before the meeting.

3. Each charity drawn will be given 5 minutes to present information and then 5 minutes for Q & A.

4. Members present at the meeting will vote for the charity of their choice after presentations. No absentee voting is allowed unless meeting is being held virtually. 

Please note:  All Charity Nomination Forms must be turned in prior to the events (to ensure criteria is met) and all charities must be nominated by a member. Each must include the latest 990 form. 

Drop off locations will be Homeland Bank, Caney Fork Electric, Security Federal, and Miller Photography. Members may also mail to 3193 Highland Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110
